About the Role
We’re hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our on-site operations team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and couriers — answering calls, handling delivery inquiries, and helping resolve issues as they arise.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in logistics, dispatch, or operations with room to grow into a Dispatch Operations Coordinator role and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and couriers professionally and courteously
Provide accurate updates on delivery status, pickup times, and order details
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and couriers when issues arise
Assist customers with scheduling new deliveries, changes, and cancellations
Document call details, order notes, and updates in the company’s dispatch or CRM system
Escalate service issues or delivery delays to dispatch or management as needed
Maintain professionalism and empathy in time-sensitive situations
Support dispatch and operations staff to ensure smooth, timely service
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM or dispatch software a plus
Prior customer service, call center, courier, or logistics experience preferred — but not required (we provide full training)
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
