We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead our dispatch team, ensure exceptional service, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop the Dispatch Team: Mentor, coach, and motivate dispatchers to perform at their best.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage schedules, routing, and coordination of Independent Contract Couriers.
Solve Problems in Real Time: Take ownership of challenges and resolve service issues quickly.
Drive Results: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Deliver Outstanding Service: Ensure proactive, professional communication with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

Supervise and support dispatchers and coordinators, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive consistency and accountability.
Continuously improve dispatch workflows and efficiency through data-driven insights.

Independent Contractor Management

Oversee daily assignments and STAT orders to maintain on-time delivery.
Manage the driver pool, ensuring coverage and reliability.
Adjust schedules and routes dynamically to meet client demands.

Customer Experience & Service Quality

Serve as the lead contact for escalations, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Foster proactive communication between dispatchers and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships through dependable service and leadership.

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year depending on experience.
