Field Coordinator – GO2 Delivery Operations

Location: Virginia Beach
Pay: $17-$21 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Occasional flexibility during peak delivery periods

About the Role

GO2 Delivery is hiring a Field Coordinator to support daily delivery operations. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who is highly motivated and enjoys working in a field and office environment.

You will support the on boardinng of independent contractor drivers, assist with daily package operations, and help ensure smooth last-mile delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and orientation of independent contractor delivery drivers
Conduct driver field audits focused on safety, compliance, and service quality
Assist with Contractor recruiting and Business Meetings
Assist with daily package sorting, staging, scanning, and pickup
Oversee daily sort and pickup of routes
Support warehouse operations and inventory control
Perform local deliveries during peak periods or coverage needs
Complete sweeps to collect packages and return them to the hub
Provide real-time field support for delivery operations
Report basic operational and field performance data

Comfortable working in office, warehouse, delivery, and field operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and safety-focused
Comfortable using smartphones, scanning devices, and routing apps

Experience & Requirements

Experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or field operations preferred (not required)
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to lift packages and remain active throughout the shift
