Delivery & Contractor Operations Associate

Location: Virginia Beach
Pay: $17-$22 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Occasional flexibility during peak delivery periods

About the Role

The Delivery & Contractor Operations Associate is responsible for providing hands-on support in the field and hub to ensure smooth daily delivery activities. This role emphasizes assisting with contractor onboarding, conducting driver audits, overseeing daily package sort and pickup, supporting warehouse operations, and performing deliveries and sweeps to return products to the hub. The Delivery & Contractor Operations Associate ensures frontline execution, compliance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Support onboarding and orientation of independent contractor delivery drivers
Conduct driver field audits focused on safety, compliance, and service quality
Assist with Contractor recruiting and Business Meetings
Assist with daily package sorting, staging, scanning, and pickup
Oversee daily sort and pickup of routes
Support warehouse operations and inventory control
Perform local deliveries during peak periods or coverage needs
Complete sweeps to collect packages and return them to the hub
Provide real-time field support for delivery operations
Report basic operational and field performance data

Experience & Requirements

Experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or field operations preferred (not required)
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to lift packages and remain active throughout the shift
